In her book, Adriana Karembeu shares dozens of tips to stay in top shape, but the one that particularly catches the attention is that of trickery. She explains that in Australia, she discovered sandwiches where the butter was replaced by hummus: an option she immediately adopted and has kept ever since. “This alternative is super smart: no animal fat, and a substantial contribution of protein!“, she confides. For the 54-year-old former model, you should never hesitate to “break codes and habits“.
