He is without a doubt one of the key figures of the Paris Olympics, thanks to a pair of tiny briefs… After the games, Jules Bouyer is finally taking a vacation and took the opportunity to get a tattoo.
While the Paralympics are in full swing in the capital, there is one athlete who is taking a breather after his performance at the Paris 2024 Olympics: Jules Bouyer. The French diver, aged just 22, who competed in the duet and individual competitions (but left without a medal), has taken the road to vacation. And he took the opportunity to get himself a new tattoo…
Jules Bouyer: After the buzz and the effort, time for rest
The young man, who has gained worldwide fame thanks to his very tight briefs revealing a very generous anatomy, is enjoying his well-deserved vacation. On Instagram, he posted a little slideshow of photos of his summer that he seems to be spending between the United States and Mexico.
In one of the photos, we can see that Jules Bouyer has gotten a new tattoo on his upper right arm. To date, the diver and apprentice model already had several tattoos: a heart, a smiley, a bee or a sun, a graphic pattern just below the shoulder as well as a close-up of the eyes of a character from a comic book or manga on the thigh… For the moment, the young man has not yet revealed the pattern of his new tattoo. The Olympic rings, like hundreds of other athletes?
Jules Bouyer: His club in danger?
While Jules Bouyer is enjoying himself in the sun, concern is growing at his club, the Lyon Plongeon Club. Indeed, The Parisian reported last August that the club’s 140 members will have to make do without a pool and diving board when school starts again because the Vaise swimming pool, where the club is located, is under construction until summer 2025!
The diver, for his part, has the possibility of training at Insep (the National Institute of Sport, Expertise and Performance). For the others, it’s a cold shower. The city of Lyon tried to react by proposing “some slots“in the Bourg-en-Bresse swimming pool which has a springboard. Sufficient?
