Victoire Dupuis is only 19 years old and measures 1.70 m. Originally from Rouen, the young beauty queen was first elected Miss Seine-Maritime. If she seems to be modeling, she also pursues higher education. Indeed, she is currently in the second year of studies in communication and marketing school in Rouen. But the young lady has a dream far further from her sector: she dreams of becoming a TV presenter.
