When Alessandra Sublet gets involved, sparks fly! The former host told, on the microphone of We’re doing TV again on RTL, that she had deliberately caused chaos one day in a famous show. At the time, her prank had backfired…
Alessandra Sublet made a mess on this TV show: “It was hell”
The ex-journalist, now 49 years old, had participated in Fort Boyard in 2013, alongside his columnists from C to youJérémy Michalak, Matthieu Noël, Philippe Gaudin, Emmanuel Maubert and Patrick Cohen. At the time, the one who is now releasing her first novel You that I no longer expectedknew she wanted to leave C to youwhich she had already been presenting for 4 years. She therefore wanted to mark the occasion by participating in Fort Boyard with his colleagues. “At this point, we are all great friends“, she said on the RTL set.
And Alessandra Sublet couldn’t resist tricking her colleagues! “In Fort Boyard, they give you a form that you have to fill out and where you have to put your phobias, your allergies…“, she explained before revealing: “I took all the cards at the end, rewrote them all and mixed it up. For example, those who were afraid of reptiles loved them, etc.“
But this prank cost the instigator dearly since one of her famous colleagues had guessed the deception. “Where these little idiots were strong was that when I gave all the sheets, Jérémy Michalak said: ‘She must have done something, you take her sheet and we put the complete opposite‘” she recalled.
Filming the show was therefore particularly eventful! “Patrick Cohen had to do things in the water even though he hates it, Emmanuel Maubert ended up with tarantulas even though he is phobic about spiders, they put Jérémy Michalak in a vacuum even though he has a fear of heights and they put me in cockroaches and reptiles. It was hell“, recalled the former host, hilariously.
Alessandra Sublet and her team, “balls”: “You’re going to look like idiots…”
Despite this mess, Alessandra Sublet and her columnists really had fun. However, they were unable to win any of the events… so much so that they were called to order by the game host! “Balls! (…) We laughed so much that after a while, Olivier Minne told us: ‘You have to win events, otherwise you’ll really look like idiots’“, she blurted.
“We still managed to win over a few Boyars and we saved the association“, concluded the writer who is well aware that that day, they were above all able to save (a little) face! But until now, the mother of Charlie, 13 years old, and Alphonse, 11 years old, has never returned to Fort Boyard.
