Caroline of Monaco and Charlotte Casiraghi made a remarkable appearance with their coordinated looks for this ceremony. Total black look and surprising jewelry: it’s the combo of the mother-daughter duo. Focus on the princess’s outfit.
The Prince Pierre Foundation prizes were awarded on October 14 at the Opéra Garnier, in the Monte-Carlo district. For the occasion, Caroline of Monaco showed up in an ultra classy total black look.
It was accompanied by her daughter Charlotte Casiraghi that the Princess of Hanover went to the annual ceremony. Created in 1966 by Prince Rainier III, the Prince Pierre Foundation aims to promote contemporary creation in the fields of arts and culture. Caroline of Monaco gave a speech during the evening, allowing the public to admire her outfit on stage. A loyal fan of Chanel for many years, she has for once abandoned the French house in favor of the Italian brand Giorgio Armani. Thus, the sister of Albert II wore a straight silk jacket with black rhinestone embroidery and matching wide pants. Price of the set? More than 11,000 euros.
Like her daughter who displayed a coordinated outfit, Caroline of Monaco brought an original note to her look with bold jewelry. We particularly noticed her long black necklace with rhinestones, which went down to the bottom of her stomach, designed by Giorgio Armani. It’s an unexpected piece for the star who is not used to this type of accessory. We also noted the only pop of color in the look: dangling earrings and a brooch.
The one who became a grandmother for the eighth time opted for green, with shades of emerald and jade, to brighten up her discreet outfit. At 68 years old, Caroline of Monaco continues to shine with her absolute elegance, worthy of her rank as a princess.
