To make it, for 6 people, you will need:
4 beets
1 large potato
1 onion
2 carrots
1 ⁄2 head of cabbage
2 tablespoons of olive oil
4 tbsp. teaspoon minced garlic
5 cups of vegetable broth
1 tbsp. tbsp dill, dry or fresh
In a pot with oil, cut the vegetables into cubes. Brown them, then add the garlic. Stir in broth and 5 cups water. Simmer until the vegetables are tender. Add the dill, lemon juice, salt and pepper. Enjoy your food !
