To celebrate summer, Charlotte Casiraghi found the perfect manicure.
This summer, manicures will be vibrant, and it’s not Charlotte Casiraghi who will say the opposite. On July 7, the Monegasque was invited to the Chanel fashion show as part of the Fall-Winter Haute Couture Fashion Week. A great friend of the luxury brand, she obviously arrived dressed in Chanel from head to toe. But what caught our attention was indeed her nails.
Accustomed to very discreet manicures, the daughter of Caroline of Monaco has this time shaken up her own beauty habits. Gone is the traditional nude, the chic transparent varnish or the minimalist French manicure that she usually wears when walking the red carpets. To mark the occasion during this unmissable fashion event, the style icon decided to venture towards much more daring horizons. On short but perfectly filed nails, she opted for a vibrant red (almost coral), ideal for summer. Totally matching her outfit, this shade makes her hands pop and instantly gives a sunny side to the look. Less formal than a crimson red, and more fun than a beige, the color adapts to all skin tones for sunny days and highlights summer tans.
The icing on the cake? It adapts brilliantly to all looks. The proof with Charlotte Casiraghi who combined it with a casual-chic outfit, composed of a striped shirt and casual jeans. But the detail that we love most of all is that the manicure matches the star’s bag. If the exact reference of the varnish is not known, it is a safe bet that it is a Chanel since the brand signed the entire beauty treatment.
For the rest of her makeup, the one who will soon celebrate her 40th birthday opted for a very fresh and natural look. Her smooth and luminous complexion was simply enhanced by a touch of pink blush on the cheekbones. Her lips are highlighted by a pretty, slightly glossy rosewood lipstick. Finally, her blue eyes are made up with a line of liner and gray eye shadow. A good way to make them stand out without overloading the eyes and a truly flawless look for Charlotte Casiraghi.
