When the new owners acquired this property, the big downside was that it only had one bedroom even though they are a family of four and they wanted to come together to enjoy the capital. From the start, the challenge was real, because we had to transform a large T2 into a T3 with two bedrooms! In terms of decor, the couple wanted modernity while retaining Haussmann chic and its codes. Quickly, the architect proposed a large open and optimized living room with a kitchen area blending perfectly with the whole, so as to recover the old room to make a second bedroom in “cabin” mode. The rest would be infused with magnificent tailor-made carpentry work that plays out piece after piece like a perfectly mastered red thread!
