While more and more French people are tasting the joys of DIY, the Créations & savoir-faire fair always arrives at the right time. It is THE meeting place for lovers of handmade and creative hobbies. Born in 1996, imagined by enthusiasts for enthusiasts, beginners or experts, the show promises inspiring stands, lots of advice, fun activities, shopping breaks and a host of ideas to boost everyone’s creativity. What are the 2025 dates and times for Creations & know-how?
THE Creations & know-how show will open its doors from Wednesday November 26 to Sunday November 30, 2025from 9:30 a.m. to 6:30 p.m. on Wednesday, Friday and Saturday, until 9:30 p.m. for Thursday night and until 6 p.m. on the last day.
To get to pavilion 6 of Paris Expo at Porte de Versailles – 1 place de la Porte de Versailles 75015 Paris – nothing could be simpler! By metro, you can take lines 8 (Balard station) and 12 (Porte de Versailles station) and tram lines 2 and 3, with which you must get off at the terminus, Porte de Versailles. For buses, these are lines 39 and 80, Porte de Versailles stop as well.
What workshops are offered during Creations & know-how?
The whole art of doing it yourself lies in a certain manual skill, but don’t we say that skills come with practice? Convinced of the merits of this idea, those responsible for the show have chosen to focus, each year, on a good number of workshops – more than 500 hours in total – each one more creative than the other: sewing, embroidery, crochet, knitting, painting, decoration, jewelry, modeling, floral art, recycling, coaching… Enough to learn or improve, discover new techniques and get plenty of advice. But the strength of Creations & know-how show does not lie only in this plethora of activities and other tutorials – embroidery, scrapbooking, patchwork, sewing, knitting, calligraphy… – as evidenced by the diversity of the DIY worlds represented. Creative home and decorating ideas, fashion trends and customization, needles and tradition, paper, scrapbooking and colors without forgetting creative cooking and festive ideas, suffice to say thatthere is plenty to do (yourself)! And since the holiday season is just around the corner, you can also find many workshops to make your own Christmas decoration!
Who are the exhibitors present at the CSF show?
More than 300 players in the DIY sector – brands, creators, publishers and bloggers combined – are present at the Creations & know-how show. Among our favorites: Cricut intelligent cutting machines, Artesane creative hobby courses and boxes, Marabout editions, Mondial Tissus Fujifilm… You will have to be patient before discovering those in the next edition.
What are the ticket prices for Créations & savoir-faire?
Before going to the salon, it is better to have a pre-sale ticket. To do this, go to the event website and let yourself be guided. Full price, the 1-day pre-sale ticket will cost you 14 eurosinstead of 17.50 euros at the checkout on site. Children aged 6 to 12 benefit from a reduced rate of 8 euros and young people aged 13 to 24 from a reduced rate of 10 euros. Priced at 16 euros, the family ticket concerns an adult accompanied by a child or a young person, aged 13 to 24. And the Nocturne ticket, valid only for the evening of Thursday November 27, 2025 from 5 p.m. to 9 p.m., is 10 euros.
