Excitement and stress go up because your wedding is approaching. As a large organizer, you have set most of the capital points of the event. However, do not lose the pace because there are, at D-4 months, important details to set up.
The question of the bride and groom vehicle
It seems to be a detail and yet the bride and groom vehicle is very important! It is not only the way to move from one place to another, but also an aesthetic point not to neglect. Because the car (or the motorcycle!) The newlyweds must harmonize with your outfits, just like with the theme of your ceremony. Also, you can choose between an old convertible, a collection model, a sidecar … ask your guests and acquaintances: one of them may have a vehicle that you will like. Otherwise, contact a rental agency. Last size question: who will lead? Set this question as soon as possible and organize yourself with a witness or family member, to avoid great stress, D-Day.
What about the return of your guests after the evening?
You may invite responsible adults, you will offer them a festive party that they will probably have a drink too much. Organizing safe feedback is not compulsory, yet your guests will appreciate. Charting on a bus is an option, which is nevertheless restrictive, because it obliges the guests to start at the same time. You can also reserve taxis or private drivers. Another option: ensure a possibility of accommodation on site, or in a place easily accessible on foot. A large room or a stable transformed into a dormitory, tents planted in the garden … So many fun possibilities for a serene end of the evening.
D-4 months, it’s also time to …
Think of drinks of the wine of honor. A detail, again, which is very important. What to drink? The preference of the bride and groom often goes to champagne. If your budget is tighter, a very good sparkling will replace it effectively. White and rosé wine are also often appreciated. In any case, it is better to avoid strong alcohols, if you want your guests to stand up to the mounted piece.
