This profession, whose mission has taken on crucial importance in recent years with the implementation of rental prohibitions, struggles to take shape. The fact remains that this burst is prejudicial to union efficiency and complicates the task of decision -makers when they have the mission of improving and stabilizing diagnostic arsenal and practices. The most recent avatar of this small world – there are 10,000 natural persons diagnosticians in France – is the secession of the FNAIM diagnostician chamber, which has left the fold of the large house, causing the creation of an autonomous room and The recreation of a room inside FNAIM. Voices even rise to claim an order, which puts by law everyone agrees. Still, union organizations would be necessary, and by definition they mean that the profession can be organized without going to draw the English Channel, at the risk of not being in its best light, that of responsibility and collective intelligence.
Energy transition: the two France
The problem is not the professionals, but the challenges they carry and the solutions they embody. As long as they can create one or two strong, credible, demanding unions, capable of enlightening the public authorities with competence, they will carry despite that they have prejudiced to their image and will worry the population. However, they must accomplish the exact opposite mission: to reassure and base work decisions to improve heritage. They are in reality the cornerstone of the policy of valuing the goods of the French and in particular the success of the environmental transition of the park. Indisputable proof?
