In short, drink enough water and start this simple routine, which only takes two minutes.

Do you want to go further? “The use of a gua sha, a jade roll or a quartz fungus for the eye area, can help make these fine lines disappear faster”adds Pascale Ruberti, Director innovation and product at Hyteck Aroma-Zone.

And as the beauty of the skin rhymes with food (no, but you have understood), add foods rich in omega-3 to your plate. For example, avocado, fatty fish, nuts … They will help you fight against these small traces.
