Do dates make you gain weight?
Be careful though because dried dates are very rich in calories (282 per 100 grams), even if they have the advantage of filling you up and satisfying small appetites. When dieting, it is better to limit yourself in quantity or to prefer fresh dates.
How many dates per day maximum?
With their soft and hard texture, dates can be eaten directly without any addition at any time of the day, whether as a snack or dessert. The recommendations are to three dried dates per dayor approximately 20 to 35 g per day, which provides approximately 2 grams of fiber. But of course it is possible to eat more, especially during physical activity.
Do dates have any health benefits?
