Danièle made a rental investment to complete her retirement income. She finds herself today with nearly 5,000 euros in unpaid rents and 2,000 euros in lawyer fees. And with an insolvent tenant still in the place.

Danièle was far from suspecting that her investment of “good mother” would turn into a nightmare.
