Natacha Lindinger, mother of a 12-year-old son, does not hesitate to impose certain limits on her child. The 55-year-old actress made rare confidences about her role as a mother…

Natacha Lindinger, starring in the series Imminent threat with Patrick Bruel, whose first episode is broadcast this November 17 on TF1, is very attached to his character and is delighted to take part in this adventure. But there is a role that is even more dear to her heart: that of mother. The mother of Kim, 12 and a half years old, made rare confidences on the subject…

Natacha Lindinger: her son, a future actor? “I’m not in a big hurry.”

If Natacha Lindinger has a prolific acting career, she does not particularly want her child to follow in her footsteps, although he already knows some of the workings of this world. “He’s very used to it, knowing that his father is a cinematographer. And, for the moment, he’s not fascinated. I’m not in a big hurry for him to be, and I don’t know if I can wish my child to become an actor“, she explained to TV Star before specifying: “When you manage to make a living from it, it’s great. But I also know plenty of great actors for whom that’s not the case. But if it’s his choice, obviously, I will respect him“.

Natacha Lindinger, authoritarian mother? “A child has no business watching TV…”

The actress is a relatively strict mother and never hesitates to establish frameworks. A few years ago, she had clarified to TV Star that she didn’t allow her son to watch the series Satin which she starred from 2018 to 2022.”For the moment, at 8 years old, there is no question of it. There are scenes that really aren’t designed for him“, she then insisted.

“My son is a little young to see his mother drinking, smoking cigarettes every two seconds, saying bad words and getting laid… Besides, for me, a child has nothing to do in front of the TV at that time, whether for Sat or something else“, she added, imperturbably.

Despite everything, in 2024, she did not hesitate to show her son the TV movie Parents in perpetuity, in which she played a mother of a teenage criminal, adapted from the story by Sophie Moulinas. “This TV film makes you think and discuss the way parents view their children, consent, education and justice. I showed it to my son because I thought it was essential for him to see it. He was extremely touched and affected by the subject“, she then explained to 7 Days TV.
