Oat and borage soap

Ingredients :

  • 200 g coconut oil
  • 650 g olive oil
  • 50 g rapeseed oil
  • 50 g sunflower oil
  • 50 g borage oil
  • 136 g of caustic soda
  • 330 g of water
  • 4 g of peppermint essential oil
  • 15 g of lavender or lavandin essential oil
  • 15 g of Eucalyptus Globulus essential oil
  • 10 g oatmeal

Preparation Steps:

  1. Weigh the soda, dissolve it in 330 g of water and put aside
  2. Melt the coconut fat, then add the liquid oils
  3. Weigh essential oils while the soda solution and oils cool
  4. Finely grind oatmeal using an electric coffee mill
  5. Incorporate them into essential oils
  6. Once the two mixtures reach approximately 45 ° C, pour the soda solution into the oils and mix well
  7. Incorporate essential oils and oats by mixing
  8. Pour in a mold

Citrus soap

Ingredients :

  • 250 g coconut oil
  • 150 g virgin palm oil
  • 150 g shea butter
  • 450 g olive oil
  • 136 g of caustic soda
  • 350 g of water
  • 5 g Ylang-Ylang essential oil
  • 15 g lemon essential oil
  • 15 g of grapefruit essential oil
  • 15 g Bergamot essential oil

Preparation Steps:

  1. Weigh the soda, dissolve it in 350 g of water and put aside
  2. Melt coconut, palm and shea butter fats, then add olive oil
  3. Weigh essential oils while the soda solution and oils cool
  4. Once the two mixtures reach approximately 42 ° C, pour the soda solution into the oils and mix well
  5. Incorporate essential oils and mix well
  6. Pour in a mold

Coffee soap

Ingredients :

  • 280 g coconut oil
  • 130 g shea butter
  • 60 g cocoa butter
  • 30 g of beeswax
  • 450 g olive oil
  • 50 g castor oil
  • 136 g of caustic soda
  • 330 g of coffee (liquid)
  • 8 g sage essential oil
  • 8 g thyme essential oil
  • 33 g soft orange essential oil
  • 1 tablespoon of ground coffee

Preparation Steps:

  1. Weigh the soda, then dissolve it in 330 g of cooled coffee and put aside
  2. Melt coconut, shea, cocoa fat with beeswax, then add the oils
  3. While the soda solution and the oils cool, weigh the essential oils and add the ground coffee
  4. When the two mixtures reach approximately 45 ° C, pour the soda solution into the oils and mix well
  5. Incorporate essential oils with ground coffee
  6. Pour in a mold

Honey and rosewood soap

Ingredients :

  • 450 g olive oil
  • 250 g coconut oil
  • 100 g of sunflower oil
  • 108 g of soda
  • 302 g of water
  • 10 ml of pure rosewood essential oil
  • 2 tablespoons of liquid honey

Preparation Steps:

  1. Weigh coconut fat and melt it in a double boiler
  2. Put protective glasses and gloves and open the window to weigh the soda in a glass
  3. Weigh the water in a carafe. Prepare a basin of cold water. Carefully pour the soda into the water while mixing with a spatula. When all the soda is dissolved, place the carafe in its cold water bath to reach 29 ° C
  4. Add the olive oil and sunflower oil to the liquefied coconut fat. The whole must also reach 29 ° C
  5. When the two mixtures are at all temperature, pour the soda solution into the oils
  6. Mix with the blender in one hand and the spatula in the other until the appearance of the trace
  7. Stir in pink clay and liquid honey slightly heated to the mixer
  8. Incorporate the essential oil into the spatula
  9. Pour in a mold

Purifying soap

Ingredients :

  • 450 g olive oil
  • 250 g coconut oil
  • 100 g of sunflower oil
  • 108 g of soda
  • 302 g of water
  • 10 ml of cedar wood essential oil
  • 5 ml of juniper essential oil
  • 3 ml of cypress essential oil
  • 1 tablespoon of fine green clay (optional)

Preparation Steps:

  1. Follow the previous recipe to step 6
  2. Once the trace is obtained, incorporate the green clay into the blender and then the essential oils to the spatula
  3. Pour in a mold
