Mixing a piece from the 70s with luxury jewelry: this is the daring and successful choice by Juliette Binoche during this festival. Discover the details of its unusual look.
The 38th Tokyo International Film Festival began on October 27 with, notably, the presence of Juliette Binoche on the red carpet. She stood out with a confusing outfit.
It was to promote In-I In Motionher first film as a director, that Juliette Binoche was present at this opening ceremony. At the Takarazuka theater, she surprised with her assertive look. While evening dresses were out, the Frenchwoman opted for a pantsuit set, with an irresistible androgynous spirit. Another strong choice opted for by Juliette Binoche: light and pastel colors, more appreciated in spring than in autumn when dark shades are popular. Thus, the actress set her sights on an outfit signed Guccifrom the Resort 2026 collection, with a purple frilled shirt from the 70’s under a wide gray lilac blazer. For the bottom of the outfit, she chose pearl gray suit pants, with a high waist marked by a black belt with a gold buckle.
To complete her bold look, Juliette Binoche selected eclectic accessories. The most stylish? Her sunglasses with smoked lenses that echoed the nuances of her outfit. In order to break the masculinity of the look and add a touch of glamor, superb jewelry finished off the silhouette perfectly.
It’s for the luxury French house Boucheron which she fell for, with the “Quatre Radiant Edition” earrings as well as the “Flèche” ring, adorned with diamonds and white gold. At 61 years old, the Parisian signs here an exceptional original look, both retro and very chic.
