This year, Ampli Mutuel is the first to be revealed. The historic mutual of business leaders and liberal professions opened, on Wednesday January 1, the ball of announcements of the 2024 rates of funds in euros for life insurance contracts and retirement savings plans (PER). An early announcement, because the mutual is pleased with the rates served to its members: while the Facts & Figures firm predicts a drop in the average return on euro funds for 2024, Ampli mutual has communicated rates unchanged compared to 2023.
A yield higher than the market average and the Livret A rate
The return served on its Ampli-Life Insurance contract in 2024 is in fact 3.75% net of management fees*, i.e. as much as for the year 2023. A performance which will undoubtedly place this contract at the top of the ranking of the best returns, since the average of the rates served on the euro funds should be established around 2.50% over the past year. Before application of taxation – which varies according to the age of the contract -, the yield displayed also exceeds that of Livret A, still at 3% until February 1, and this, while being just as secure. Ampli Mutuel life insurance is in fact a contract invested 100% in euros, with therefore a total capital guarantee. An interesting option, therefore, for savers looking for yield without taking risk.
A tour de force made possible by the youth of this euro fund, launched in 2023, and which was able to benefit from a favorable context: “This is a recent contract, which came out at a time when rates were high. We therefore invest the money invested by our savers in government and corporate bonds that yield returns, and we can thus pay good rates without having to draw on our reserves.explains Olivier Sanson, general director of Ampli mutual. For comparison, the PER of the mutual insurance company (Ampli-PER Liberté), launched in 2020, displays a slightly lower but nevertheless attractive rate for 2024: 3.50% net of management fees*.
