Don Fabio Rosini.
“When one laughs, he sees his soul a little.” To say it is Roberto Benigni, and it is to be believed by him. The laugh, the real one, is not only entertainment: it is a moment of truth. This is the heart of the meeting entitled “Melancholy, away from my house!”scheduled for today, April 1st at 6 pm, at the Luiss University of Rome.
Promoted by Lux Vide together with university pastoral care and Luiss herself, the event puts two very different but surprisingly close protagonists in dialogue: surprisingly: Don Fabio Rosinipriest known for his catechesis paths for adults, e Nino Frassicaicon of Italian comedy. To introduce the debate will be Luca BernabeiCEO of Lux saw, while the task of moderating the meeting will be up to the actor Giovanni Scifoni.
A comparison to multiple voices on the salvific power of irony, on how lightness can be deeply spiritual, and on what it means today, in times of diffuse restlessness, “chasing melancholy”.
To allow a wider audience to participate, the appointment will be streamed at the link: SocialTv.luiss.it. But it does not end here: from 19 to 21 on the same day, the transmission Protagonists On RTL 102.5 he will host live connections with some protagonists of the event.
A rare opportunity to rediscover, as Benigni says, that laughing – really – is an act that touches the soul.
