Artificial intelligence officially enters the business training processes with an unprecedented appointment. The 2 and 3 October 2025at the Franco Parenti Theater of Milanwill be held Exploreing Elearning 2025the first great event in Italy entirely dedicated to the application of AI to the world of Learning & Development.

The initiative – reserved for 700 participants coming from the world of Human resources and of Company academy – revolves around the theme “Light smart interactions”with the aim of projecting formation towards the future through interactions enhanced by intelligence, human and artificial.

REPLICABLE WORKSHOP AND Format

The program foresees 81 experiential workshopsreal practical workshops in which to test new learning methods based on human, artificial and even artistic intelligence. The tested formats can be replicated in companies, contributing to the evolution of internal training models in the digital era.

Current priorities and future trends

Participants will have the opportunity to deal with concrete cases of application of AI to corporate training, interacting with real experiences of numerous academy. There will be insights on the emerging trends arriving from University, companies and research centersto trace an updated picture of innovation in the sector.

The participants are protagonists

Next to the interventions of University teachers, artists and experts in the sectorthe event aims at an interactive format: even the speakers, after their contributions, will get involved by participating together with those present in practical activities. A model that exceeds traditional barriers between experts and public, favoring a direct and continuous exchange of ideas.

Multidisciplinary approach

The program deals with emerging issues from different perspectives – Business, science and art – Including reflections from neuroscience, cognitive psychology and stimuli from the creative world. A mix that enriches the debate and opens the way to innovative solutions for training.

Networking and community

Exploing Elearning 2025 is also proposed as a networking space reserved for HR professionals, with Round tables, Q&A, informal moments and collaborative workshops. The goal is to encourage new collaborations between companies, benchmarking and dissemination of innovative practices.
