It is a fact rare enough to be underlined: on September 6, Éric Dussart managed to snatch some confidences from one of his colleagues, Gilles Bouleau. Guest in the show We redo the TV On RTL, the presenter of the 8 p.m. newspaper TF1 wanted to recall how much he wanted to preserve his family life …
Gilles Bouleau: his daughters don’t look at him “Not much” on TV
If the French recognize his face today, the 63 -year -old journalist never displayed his relatives, starting with his two daughters. Married to Elizabeth Tran -Bouleau -herself a journalist -, Gilles Bouleau has two girls, now 33 and 29 years old. And whose first name we don’t even know! “Never. It’s their life”assumes the presenter of TF1.
High of the television sets, they grew up abroad, first in London, then in Washington, cities in which their father was corresponding. And they are not really passionate about their father’s profession. Besides, he admits it without detour: his daughters do not look at him “Not much” On the small screen. “No, on the contrary, it comes out of that. My loved ones (don’t look at him) too much, my children, no … they have another life”he added.
Gilles Bouleau does not speak “practically never” of his job with her two daughters
“We never talk about it (about his job, note). It’s like I was a painter. We almost never talk about my job with my children. It was done naturally”he wanted to make known. And Gilles Bouleau to tell: “My children lived it for very long years when I was corresponding. This adventurous and exciting life that made them grew up in other countries, it has nourished them, it’s great. And now they are young adults. We are not talking about it and it’s very good”.
Asked in the process of his daughters’s profession, the papa hen has, again, revealed: “They are not at all in this job and it’s great”. Statements that confirm those held in Gala in 2015: “They have other passions, an intellectual interest in other subjects. My youngest never looks at me on television. On the other hand, when I suggest that she watch a report that could interest her, she always agrees. Part of what my daughters are linked to the exercise of my job”.
