What is the amount of the AJPA?
The caregiver leave is not not paid by the employer (except conventional provisions providing it). What are the documents to provide to benefit from it?
The request for a close caregiver must be accompanied by the following documents:
- Declaration on honor either of the employee’s family bond with the assisted person, or of the help provided to an elderly or disabled person with whom he resides or maintains close and stable ties

The employee can end early on the caregiver leave (or give it up) in one of the following cases:
- Death of the assisted person
- Admission to an assigned person’s establishment
- Significant decrease in employee resources
- Using a home help service to assist the assisted person
- Local caregiver leave by another family member.
The employee informs the employer of his wish to end his leave, taking into account The notice period To be observed before the employee’s early return.
