Vinted has clothing treasures that have nothing to envy to first -hand parts in terms of quality. However, to find them, you need a hell of a flair and a lot of time killing … It was without counting on this smart technique.
Between the counterfeits that resemble real, the clothes damaged in fact but impeccable on the clichés: on vinted, it can be difficult to find yourself in the quality level. The fact that the market is digitalized complicates the quest for the perfect room: we do not have the possibility of touching it and/or seeing it in real life, to judge its quality as easily as you would in store. It is often necessary to scroll for long hours before finding a shoe at your foot. But a well -kept secret of regulars promises to save time and find qualitative clothes in two stages three movements.
For the time being little known – since it only appeared in 2025 – this secret allows users to fall only on higher quality parts. This simple tip is none other than the “material” search filter. Recently, the Vintie can actually look for a garment according to its appearance, but also its composition and/or its fabric. A revolution for those looking for products that last.
As a reminder, a quality garment is mainly made up of natural fibers and very few synthetics, according to experts from the textile industry. Nawal Rmili, fashion designer hired at the head of the label Yzaexplains it as follows: “With this single mention (the composition, note), you can already judge the quality of the garment. If it is a natural composition, this means that the latter will be of good quality (…) What to avoid is the synthetic materials”. The plus? The clothes whose composition is 100% natural. But 70% natural parts, 30% synthetic can largely do the trick. Among these natural fibers, we have cotton, cashmere, wool, linen … all offered as material filters on vinted.
The Lithuanian application goes even further by offering even more precise filters like “Alpaga”, “Merinos”, “Mohair”. Tina Kemptner, president of Vintage fashion conservatoryhas herself tested and approved this functionality. On LinkedIn, she says with pride: “For those who start in the hunt for vintage nuggets, it is extremely useful (…) The selection, which is usually too plethoric to find their way, will be reduced to the vast majority of quality.”
Thus, thanks to this new option, find a part that will last over time, even from a distance, is more than ever at our reach. So what are we waiting for to try it?
