Tired, bloated … I followed a personalized program that transformed my daily life.

Chronic fatigue, bloating after each meal, difficulty getting out of bed … my body sent me alarm signals that I could no longer ignore. It is in this state that I decided to offer myself three days of well-being cure at the Ramatuelle reserve, hoping to find a lost balance in the whirlwind of everyday life.

As soon as I arrived, Doctor Adeline Richard received me for a complete assessment. We reviewed my sleep, my eating habits, my level of stress and my physical activity. It was a reassuring starting point. The program that followed was adapted to my needs: Pilates Cours Reform to wake up my sleeping muscles, oxygenous steps facing the Mediterranean, targeted strengthening exercises. In terms of care, I alternated pressotherapy, seaweed, anti-aging facial treatment and relaxing modeling.

But the revelation came on the food side. The starred chef Eric Canino was not satisfied to offer me light and tasty dishes. He introduced me to the concept of “rainbow” diet: consume fruits and vegetables of all colors daily to maximize nutrient intake. Concretely, this means to integrate red every day (tomatoes, peppers), orange (carrots, oranges), yellow (bananas, squash), green (spinach, broccoli), purple (eggplant, blueberries). A simple, but formably effective approach that I decided to adopt.

Back home, I applied this colorful rule to the letter, supplemented by 20 minutes of bodybuilding twice a week. Let’s be honest, the first days were difficult: reorganizing your races, planing your meals, citing sport in an already busy schedule … But after three weeks, the results were undeniable. No more laborious awakenings and post-lunch strokes. My digestion has improved considerably and I found an energy that I thought was definitely lost.

This experience taught me that it is not enough for a few days of treatment to lastingly transform his life. The real challenge begins to return, in the ability to maintain these new habits. If the idyllic framework of the reserve facilitates this awareness, it is the perseverance of everyday life that bears fruit. A life lesson as much as a well-being cure.
