During the pandemic, Pizzaut responded with the opening of a first food truck, continuing to offer work and training, and distributing pizzas to hospitals at the forefront. In 2021, he inaugurated his first restaurant in Cassina de ‘Pecchi and received the Golden Ambrogino for his social commitment, and in 2023 a new restaurant in Monza was born in the presence of the President of the Republic Sergio Mattarella. Today, Pizzaut is a consolidated and continuously growing reality. With over 40 boys and girls regularly hired and more than 50 young people involved in paid training courses, the two restaurants have a total capacity of 600 covers and 2 operational food trucks in Lombardy.
