Not far from Narbonne, this French house from the 60s had charm … but above all need a good new blow. A little dated, sometimes even dilapidated, she will nevertheless seduce Kate Yates, an Australian installed in France. Fallen in love, she decides to transform it from top to bottom. Result: a bright and design cocoon, with Mediterranean accents, directly inspired by cadaqués, on the Costa Brava. Left garden, dream swimming pool, and a field of 520 m²: the metamorphosis is worth the detour.
