A property developer and a bank join forces to offer up to 50,000 euros in interest without interest to people buying their main residence for the first time. An amount brought to 60,000 euros for single -parent families.

Main victims of the outbreak of mortgage rates in 2022 and 2023, first-time buyers are again pampered by promoters and banks. Nexity and Sofiap provide new evidence this Thursday, June 5. This offer is valid for 12 months, Until June 2026. From June 2 to July 20, 2025, Nexity offers first-time buyers who will subscribe to the “Notary fees “which represent on average 2% to 3% of the purchase price in new. At the start of the year, the promoter had partnered with LCL to offer up to 50,000 euros in interest without interest to young people buying their main residence for the first time. An offer that ended on April 30.
