Just as it can be coupled with the LCL young youth loan, intended for children under 30, in a maximum amount of 20,000 euros, with a rate of only 1.99%, and the responsible acquisition loan, LCL still, Also capped at 20,000 euros, at the rate of 1.99%, granted for the purchase of a property to the Environmental Standards RT2012 or RE2020.

This offer is valid for first-time buyers signing a reservation contract between February 24 and April 30, 2025. It concerns 992 lots in 115 Nexity programs, or almost 60% of the promoter’s offer.
