This is the service offered by the company Mon Chasseur Immo, created in 2012 and which has become the leading network of real estate hunters in France. So in concrete terms, how does it work? As its name suggests, Mon Chasseur Immo is a network of 170 apartment hunters, located throughout France. The latter are mandated and paid by the buyer. After signing a search mandate with their clients, their mission is to support them in all stages of a real estate purchase. Firstly, the buyer presents his life project to the property hunter (investment, second home, etc.). They then define together specifications, a budget and a geographical area. Once the project has been refined, the property hunter begins his search for real estate on site in order to offer the client a list of accommodations that meet his expectations. To achieve this, they tour all the local real estate agencies and use their professional network.

If the client is in France and has the opportunity to travel, he is invited to visit the property in the company of the property hunter, who will benefit from his expertise. Virtual tours are also organized for buyers who cannot travel, with live videos and high-resolution photos sent to customers. Buyers also have the option of turning to professionals such as property valuation experts and property inspectors to obtain impartial and detailed evaluations of desired homes.

If the buyer wishes to position himself on a property, the property hunter is then responsible for proposing an offer to the seller at the fairest possible price and negotiating the price of the accommodation as best as possible. “Negotiations are carried out between real estate professionals, hunters use their expertise to negotiate the best possible prices», specifies Viviane Ramadier. If the sale goes through, the property hunter accompanies the buyer in signing the authentic deed. Digital tools are once again made available to the customer so that they can carry out all stages of distance selling. In addition, Mon chasse Immo works with networks of brokers, who can allow the buyer to obtain the best possible financing solution.
It remains to address the question of the cost of this service for the buyer. On average, the client pays a commission to Mon Chasseur Immo representing 2 to 3% of the price of the accommodation, excluding notary fees. Please note that the prices are decreasing, depending on the price of the property.
