Ditto for the price of houses in these four departments, down only 0.8% in the first quarter, at 301,400 euros.
But these averages mask very different realities from one town to another. For example, in the very chic city of Versailles (Yvelines), the prices of the apartments plunged from 5.5% from January to March, over a year, at 6,380 euros per square meter. A rise in prices by July
