For example, the “Métamorphose” project, carried out by the continental land promoter, the Architects Agency Moon and the Immobilière Social 3F, provides for the construction of small buildings, from one or two floors to the maximum, in relaxed areas, where the demand and the supply of housing is balanced. It is based on the Hors -site constructionproduced by the Sybois industrialist. Characterized by the manufacturing in factories of elements of a building which will then be assembled on the site, this construction mode allows faster production, at a lower cost and of good quality. Evolutionary habitat

The “Omotenashi” project works on the evolutionary nature of housing which it aims to build in the first and second Parisian crowns, very tense areas.
