What work is eligible for the Mutation advance loan?
The work that can be financed with the loan advance renovation that does not have interest are those aimed at improving the energy performance of housing. They are divided into three categories: punctual, global renovation or sanitation.
Punctual renovation
The following work is eligible as part of a punctual renovation:
- Thermal insulation of walls, roofs and glass walls, doors opening on the outside
- Installation, regulation and replacement of heating and domestic water production systems
- Low floors insulation
- The installation, regulation or replacement of heating systems possibly associated with economic and efficient ventilation systems, or production of high -performance domestic water
- The installation of heating equipment using a renewable energy source
- The installation of domestic hot water production equipment using a renewable energy source.
Global renovation
As part of a global renovation, the owner must first carry out an energy audit with a RGE professional. The work undertaken as a result of the audit must allow:
- An annual conventional consumption in primary energy less than 331 kWh/m² after work, including the uses linked to heating, cooling and hot water production.
- An energy gain of at least 35 % compared to the prime annual consumption in primary energy before work, for the same uses: heating, cooling and hot water production.
It is advisable to be supported free of charge by a advisor specializing in housing renovation work (France Rénov ‘).
Sanitation
The loan can be granted provided that its non -collective sanitation system must be rehabilitated. To do this, it is advisable to call on the public sanitation service (SPANC) of his town. The new system should not consume energy and complies with certain technical prescriptions determined by the decree of September 7, 2009.

How to apply for a mutation advance loan?

The reimbursement of the loan advances renovation having no interest (by+) only occurs at the time of the transfer of the property, that is to say during the sale of the apartment or the house or the regulations of the succession of the borrower.
