Zohra Dati, who was the victim of over-media coverage from a young age, was unfortunately harassed and had to deal with anxiety attacks as a teenager which developed into a neurological disorder. Hospitalized for some time, the one who was born from the relationship between Rachida Dati and the boss of the Barrière casino group, Dominique Desseigne, therefore suffered the full brunt of the bad sides of her mother’s notoriety.
The 60-year-old politician initially did not notice her daughter’s distress. “She didn’t tell me anything and took everything on herself (…) I didn’t understand why parents can’t realize that their child is being bullied. Since then, I have understood“, she confided. So, today, the Minister of Culture is redoubled her attention.

One evening, in the middle of the night, when she saw her daughter’s cell phone on the bedside table, she couldn’t resist curiosity and searched through her phone. Now, her daughter’s mental health seems to be less of a concern, but she has not led an easy life since she was very young. When she was at daycare, Zohra Dati was the victim of an attempted kidnapping which, fortunately, did not succeed. “There is an intrusion into a nursery, also someone who followed her as she left school.
