Discreet fashion icon, Sophie of Edinburgh has a great passion for spring motifs, but not just any.
If the British can be proud to have Kate Middleton as a royal fashion icon, they can also count on Sophie of Edinburgh to have the stylistically speaking crown shine. There is no doubt, no one handles flowers as well as Sophie of Edinburgh! While some fashionists consider floral outfits as “rejected”, Prince Edward’s wife has made this motive his trademark. Already in 2010, Sophie of Edinburgh had displayed her penchant for this print with a bohemian spirit by appearing in a Liberty play during the horse races of Royal Ascot. Between Sophie of Edinburgh and the floral print, it is therefore a love story that has lasted for more than 15 years … It also has its small effect on the rest of the British monarchy since Elizabeth II, Kate Middleton, Meghan Markle or Eugenie d’Yk have a large collection of flower pieces. Enough to display his personality while respecting the very strict royal protocol.
