The TF1 group returned to growth in its advertising revenue in the first quarter, driven in particular by the increase in audiences for its channels and the launch of its new free streaming offer.
The advertising turnover of the Bouygues subsidiary increased by 6.6% over one year and stood at 363 million euros. This growth rate is twice as fast as that of its main competitor, M6, for which in the first quarter the increase in television advertising revenue was +2.9%. TF1 notably benefited from a strong acceleration in revenues linked to TF1 + (+43% to 29 million euros).
