The Naturhouse slimming method is based on learning the bases of food balance. A diet allowing progressive and lasting weight loss.
Naturhouse’s primary mission is to fight obesity and overweight. Thanks to a global slimming method based on food rebalancing. The brand is present in the field and has more than 650 addresses throughout the territory. In each center, a Dietitian-Nutritionist graduate is there to offer free of charge a weekly care through a “personalized dietary plan”.
The principles of the Naturhouse regime
The food mode recommended by the nutrition professional is associated with a range of plant -based food supplements. These products are naturally the responsibility of the customer and constitute an average basket of 40 euros per week. Naturhouse’s strength is Do not exclude any food and especially not to arouse deprivation. Thus, every day, the food is varied and balanced in order to generate any feeling of frustration. Naturhouse is based on three key elements.

Follow -up
The Naturhouse method takes place in three stages:
1. The weight loss phase During which you meet the dietician to establish your diet plan but also set your goal. It is also the period of weekly consultations for better follow -up.
2. The stabilization phase The objective is achieved once. During this second part of the program, the concept of food pleasure is gradually reintegrated so that the body adapts without weight gain. It lasts 8 weeks and is punctuated by bi-mensual meetings.
3. The maintenance phase Allows the maintenance of the weight reached and the maintenance of the silhouette. The visit to the Naturhouse Center takes place once a month, but the frequency can be increased if necessary. Still with a long -term monitoring concern, Naturhouse offers maintenance programs.
