In particular, the one dedicated to Parmigiano Reggiano is the third to become usable also to people with auditory disabilities after those of the Feline salami and pasta.

To the inauguration conducted by Giancarlo Goniizzi, coordinator of the food museums, intervened Mario Marini, president of the food museums, Silvia ParonI, deputy mayor of Soragna, Giuseppe Varicchio, Regional President National Authority Sordi – Emilia Romagna, Roberto Pagliari, President of Lions Parma Farnese e Luca Cotti, President of the Parma section of the Parmigiano Reggiano Consortium.
