55 minutes. Intense. But ultimately not that difficult. This is what Anne Etchebarne, founder of the AOPA studio and the Wunder Barre discipline promises. Formed in dance, pilates and yoga, She mixes various practices there, all as effective for the physical as the mind. “After following the teaching of Brooklyn Barre, developed by Ellie Herman in New York, I realized that I was more in well-being,” slips the young woman, sipping a detox herbal tea. “So I adapted these techniques to flow with a more balanced choreography on a soundtrack from the 70s”.

Groovy Style

It all starts with a session at the helm. Facing the wall, the first notes make you want to wiggle. But above all, they mark the start of an effective session to strengthen its abs, rebalance muscle tone, correct its postures. All in rhythm, just follow Anne’s indications to harden the thighs and then the glutes by 8 -minute edge. No dead time. The series are linked quickly. The course then focuses on the work of the arms with the Spring Board, a machine designed by the American Ellie Herman. Maintaining, abs, perineum … No from the body is set aside. It is then time to leave the bar to place yourself in the center of the room, standing, for a cardio-dance session. The body releases an energy often underestimated for lack of intense activity.
