Sleep your head in the clouds, does that? Direction Montmartre, in the 18th arrondissement of Paris, where a magnificent studio designed by Zyva Studio nestles. Please note, the 10 m² displayed do not reflect the impression of space and conviviality which grabs any person penetrating into this pretty colorful cocoon. Visit !
Living in a very small surface can require compromises, but this studio proves that with a zest of imagination and a good dose of ingenuity, anything is possible. We owe this architectural feat to the architect Anthony Autié, architect and founder of Zyva Studio, an agency that likes to shake up the codes. With this project, he demonstrates his talent to design interiors that are both practical, daring and full of personality. By transforming this space reduced into a haven of comfort and style, it brilliantly shows how you can adapt to mini-surfaces without ever giving up aesthetics.
Head on Instagram where he reveals in video his design studio of only 10 m², where every centimeter has been judiciously exploited. And icing on the cake: the apartment is not only functional, it is also full of style! “It’s the most incredible 10 m² in Paris” says the video.
From the entrance, we enter the whimsical universe of this “Petit Apart ‘all blue”as its creator affectionately names it. Here, each element is perfectly integrated, such as the lounge area which has a beautiful built -in library, a xxl dressing room hidden behind integrated cupboards as well as a laundry room that hides washing machine and vacuum cleaner. The touches of bright red, on furniture such as the thorny foot table, the vinyl bench and the stool with rounded contours, add contrast to the magical atmosphere and pop of predominant blue.
Faced with this warm and friendly space, the sleeping area under the attic invites you to get lost in the stars, while the kitchen continues to surprise with its anthracite oak elements and its incandescent notes which make the serrated handles and the dishes, resolutely extravagant here.
And what about these white and black stripes, which also adorn the bathroom walls, a nod to the famous Buren columns? Each detail has been designed to create a place that is both surprising, poetic and highly optimized. In a word: breathtaking!
