After several hesitations, the government finally clarified the contours of MaPrimeRénov’ edition 2024. This aid for energy renovation work will remain flexible in its use, making it possible to finance large-scale renovations (several works), but also single actions. To see it more clearly, the “Major real estate event” (Capital / Radio immo) received this month two experts from the sector: Simon Corteville, head of the energy adaptation and renovation policy service at Anah – the National Housing Agency which advises you on aid for energy renovation -, and Pierre-Marie Perrin, director of public affairs at Hellio, a recognized company in the sector.
In the extract from our interview above, we specifically discuss the assistance that owners can request in co-ownership. Our two guests take stock of the eligibility rules for MaPrimeRénov’ Copropriété. They also explain to us how to request it and use it effectively.
