It is easily found at the supermarket, is eaten with a spoon and leaves a fresh taste on the tongue. What’s more, it helps slow the appearance of wrinkles, keep a firm, flexible, bright skin. What more could you ask for?

But that’s not all. This ingredient can also be used directly on the skin. Its slightly grainy flesh contains natural enzymes that help exfoliate. Gently rub a piece of this fruit on the face would remove the dead cells and revive the complexion. Small precaution: as this fruit can increase the sensitivity to the sun, it is better to apply sun protection afterwards. Finally, be sure not to throw the skins: kept in the fridge, they can serve as an express treatment in the evening before sleeping. In short, the champion in the matter is none other than the kiwi.

It is light, digestible and easy to integrate into a daily routine. In salads, in a yogurt, smoothie or spoon, he finds his place everywhere, so do not hesitate to make some reserves for the summer.
