Do you dream of a more minimalist decoration interior to welcome the novelty? So here is an approach from the country of the sun-levant, simple and respectful, which is more and more followers. Why not?

At the start of the school year, many feel the need to sort out in their interior, get rid of the superfluous and find a soothing atmosphere. This period of renewal is the perfect opportunity to (re) create a real cocoon of simplicity, a minimalist refuge where we finally breathe. But how do you do it when you are crumbling under an accumulation of objects, furniture, memories, clothes or papers, inheritance of years of small compulsions and procrastination?

For some time, an approach straight from Japan has spread slowly in Europe and has won our overly congested interiors. This method, far from being a simple fashion effect, offers a radical philosophy centered on the essentials. Far from advocating extreme count, it recalls that having less allows you to appreciate more what you keep and evolve more freely, without unnecessary weight. It acts almost as a breath of lightness, both in the house and in the mind.

But what is it exactly? This discipline defines sorting not as an annoying chore, but as a conscious and respectful step. We learn to sincere question the real usefulness or emotional value of each thing, with kindness, but without concession to the superfluous. The goal is not to shake up your interior in one blow, but to anchor a lasting movement, so that we leave each school year with a feeling of novelty and clarity.

This is how the Japanese method known as the Enchari enters the scene. This term breaks down into three kanji or characters: “dan” to refuse, “sha” to throw, and “ri” to separate. Together, they translate a philosophy of clippter in stages, which invites us to say no to unnecessary things, eliminate what has accumulated and detach themselves from the superfluous. To put it in place easily at home, start with a small corner, a room or even a drawer. Ask yourself: does this object really bring me something today? If the answer is no, thank it then let it go. Install a simple routine: every week, a small sorting that avoids overload. Soon, this method will be made naturally and will transform the start of the school year, then each pivotal period of the year, into a real new start, freed from size.

With Enchari, unclogging is no longer a chore, it is an art of living that offers space and serenity. Ideal for refocusing and creating an environment conducive to creativity and well-being. So, ready to get a facelift in your interiors?
