Finally, after lunch, a small digestive walk of ten minutes again allows to reach this famous objective of the 10,000 steps while avoiding bloating. Practical, right?
To maximize the calorie expenditure during the walks, it is also advisable to increase the walking speed. Obviously, walking alone is not enough to lose weight, it only contributes to it. It is imperative to adopt a balanced diet, and to practice regular physical activity.
