Where is happiness, where is it? He is in these two cities in France! In any case, happiness at work …
Where should you work in France to feel happy in your position and in your business? This is the question on which Adobe looked for via his investigation into “The activity sectors where employees are the happiest.“To carry out this study, the brand thus questioned no less than 2000 people on their living environment, their professional expectations and their daily pleasures.
First good news: 54% of people currently occupy the position of their dreams, while 28% are still looking for a job in the sector of activity that interests them the most. Currently, some sectors are particularly blocked such as communication, marketing or journalism … Conversely, other sectors recruit en masse but are crying out from candidates such as in hotel and restoration, education or personal assistance services.
Another teaching of this study, almost one in two employees feels fulfilled in his current job. In detail, the happiest employees are those who exercise in the performing arts, the right and then health. But no less than six in ten French people say they are ready to move to find the job of their dreams. But still you have to know where to go and live … According to Adobe, some cities are still more fulfilling than other professional life side in France today.
Thus, on the third step of the podium of the most fulfilled cities in France on a professional level we find Lille with 58% of workers revealing that they are currently employing the employment of their dreams. In second place, it is Bordeaux with 60%. Then, ex æquo on the highest step of the podium we find Montpellier and Clermont-Ferrand at 61%.
And the capital in all of this? Despite the attractiveness of wages, the diversity of offers in almost all sectors and career development possibilities, Paris is only 4th in this survey with 56% of workers who consider the job of their dreams. Who said that life in the provinces was necessarily less well?
