If you think that art music is dusty and distant, prepare to change your mind. Undiscovered Music Festival return to Verona for its new season with an ambitious and fascinating goal: to make the world of great instrumental music accessible and engaging, aiming straight at the hearts of the youngest audience.
The event is a real bridge between the centuries. The repertoire focuses in a special way on the music of the twentieth century, but does not hesitate to create unexpected connections with older compositions, demonstrating that emotion and beauty have no expiration date. The true setting of the event, however, is the city of Verona and some of the most fascinating ones Basilicas of the city. After the exciting preview in July in the Basilica of Sant’Anastasia, the heart of the event will beat in three unmissable evenings, hosted in even more prestigious venues. To underline its importance and cultural resonance, the initiative can boast the important media partnership of Rai Radio 3. Furthermore, the combination of art, history and spirituality has led to an exceptional recognition: that of Holy See for the Jubilee 2025highlighting the scope of the cultural and spiritual proposal.
