We finally know the identity of the 30 regional misses who will participate in the Miss France 2025 high mass on December 14. This Saturday, it was the very young Sabah Aib who was crowned Miss Nord-Pas-de-Calais.
This Saturday, October 19, it was live from the Arena Stade Couvert in Liévin, and in front of a crowd of 5,300 spectators – a record attendance for the election – that Sabah Aib succeeded Eve Gilles as Miss North -Pas-de-Calais. A significant weight on the shoulders of the very young Miss who does not give up!
Who is Sabah Aib, the very young Miss Nord-Pas-de-Calais 2024?
At only 18 years old, the pretty blonde won the winning ticket under the eyes of Camille Cerf, Miss France 2015, Maëva Coucke, Miss France 2018, and Eve Gilles, the latest title holder to date. Faced with sixteen other candidates, the young woman from Villeneuve-d’Ascq, a town located north of Lille, was able to impose her style, despite her young age. Sabah Aib is indeed one of the youngest regional Miss this year and will celebrate her 19th birthday (only) on December 31.
Currently in the second year of her law degree, the student, who measures 1m73, is also a model in her spare time. An activity which has seen her already crowned Miss, Miss Hersin-Coupigny, in 2023.
Sabah Aib succeeds Eve Gilles: the weight of the crown
And if Sabah Aib has not always dreamed of being Miss France, she still carries a significant weight on her young shoulders: her region is land of Miss France! And the last crowned one, alias Eve Gilles, is none other than Miss Nord-Pas-de-Calais! A happy omen for the young woman? The future will tell us. The final verdict will also be rendered on December 14, live from the Futuroscope Arena located not far from Poitiers, with Jean-Pierre Foucault still at the helm accompanied by Cindy Fabre.
“It is an honor to wear this region which has received the title of Miss France a lot, I hope not to disappoint them and bring back the crown next December”declared the young woman, determined to make her voice heard. And for her to conclude: “Miss France allows you to give a voice to young women who don’t have one. To put their projects, their commitments forward. And this year, I think that Nord-Pas-de-Calais still has every chance “.
