Know your measurements to buy the clothing at the right size
To buy a garment to your size and which is neither too small nor too large, you must Know your exact measurements. By measurements, hear your chest, size and pool towers. Once they are known, see the correspondence table below to find your size.
To take your measurements, you need to have a tape meter. To calculate your chest, place the ribbon around your bust at the strongest place. For the exact measurement of your size, place the ribbon above your navel. For your pool, put it on the widest part. Note all the measures indicated by the ribbon in centimeters.
Correspondence table for women, Europe, universal and American sizes
There are various codes on labels for clothing sizess. The most common is the universal size : XS (“Extra Small”, either a very small size), S (“Small”, either a small size), M (for “Medium”, or an average size), L (for “Large”, or a large size) and XL (for “Extra Large”, or a very large size).
You also have the European code for sizes : 34, 36, 38, 40, 42 …, and also American correspondence : 24, 26, 28, 30, 32. Each code corresponds to the precise length in centimeters given by the ribbon that you used when measuring your measurements.
