Not content with having launched a docuseries on Netflix, Meghan Markle also has her own lifestyle brand: As Ever. But the firm is struggling to take off and the apprentice business manager could face major stock problems…
In March 2025, the 44-year-old former American actress launched her own culinary series on Netflix, titled With Love, Meghan. In the process, Prince Harry’s wife even launched her own brand of products lifestyleAs Ever, and now sells candles, bookmarks and all kinds of foodstuffs such as tea, wine or jams. Problem: since its launch, Meghan Markle’s brand has been under fire from criticism and mockery as it fits into an already clogged market and brings nothing new under the sun…
Meghan Markle’s brand in great difficulty: “There is so much overstock”
According to information from the American media Page SixNetflix employees would be spoiled with As Ever branded products. And for good reason, Meghan Markle’s firm and the giant of streaming share the same premises, located on the company’s campus in Los Angeles. According to a source, who remained anonymous, the platform’s premises are full of As Ever products: “Apparently there are two warehouses full of As Ever products. They give them out for free to employees: one of them walked away with ten free products.”
“There is so much overstock”would have even outbid another source. Always according to Page Sixthe famous premises would be filled with jars of jam, candles, bottles of wine, and even the famous glitter of flower petals which made the brand of Archie and Lilibet’s mother known… A sign that sales are bad?
Meghan Markle’s entourage responds to As Ever revelations
In response to this controversy, Meghan Markle’s teams claimed that the As Ever brand products had been transferred to another warehouse, far from those of the global streaming giant… Concerning the dormant stocks at Netflix, the products would simply be gifts and samples left available to employees.
An argument which does not convince the detractors of the woman who married Prince Harry in 2018. Many of them also mention the great difficulty of her brand which accumulates no less than 650,000 unsold items. For the moment, the firm has obviously not confirmed anything of the sort!
