This couple already lived in this vast 100 m² in Boulogne-Billancourt, but the decoration did not suit them. A more chic, refined style, this is how he dreamed of their living space. Located on the slightly elevated ground floor, the apartment suffered from a real lack of light. The owners therefore opted for light and neutral tones. They had desires and ideas to redevelop the place, such as converting one of the four bedrooms into an office. A contractor was hired for their work, but very quickly, they realized that they lacked the keen eye of an architect to develop the plan for the modifications and concoct the decoration of their dreams. The company recommended Clémentine Renders of Octobre Architecture, known for her colorful and thoughtful transformations. The architect immediately knew how to improve the apartment with arrangements that appealed to the owners, all without daring to use color, as they wanted.
Create a soft and cozy atmosphere
Although quite modern in appearance, the apartment nevertheless lacked charm and personality. The architect found how to make it warmer with enveloping furniture with rounded shapes, while remaining in very neutral tones. The two bathrooms now have a more contemporary and functional style. The shower area is larger and more pleasant with its small bench. By pushing the walls, Clémentine Renders gained space in the hallway for an additional bathroom right next to the couple’s bedroom. This room has also gained in elegance thanks to a beautiful niche headboard containing storage space. By using the services of Clémentine Renders, the owners have saved precious time and above all they are delighted with the modifications. Just goes to show that nothing beats the touch of a professional to enhance your interior!
