The Dutch queen swapped the crown for an original accessory to spice up her royal hairstyle. She hit hard.
On March 19, Maxima from the Netherlands was present in Haarlem, near Amsterdam, for the launch of the circular economy week. For this occasion, she dared a beauty look rarely seen in royalty.
To honor this solo outing, the queen pulled out a remarkable outfit, playing with shades of burgundy and bright pink. Moreover, she wore an unmissable hair accessory: an XXL headband which styled her blonde hair. It was the “Laxmi” model, created by the Indian brand Namjosh. This piece featured beautiful pearly beads on an absolutely vibrant fuchsia pink fabric. This headband added incredible charm to Maxima’s hairstyle, who had chosen to bring her mane back into a low bun with a fuzzy style. With this sparkling accessory, King Willem-Alexander’s wife attempted a strong hairstyle that stood out from the usual royal looks.
When it came to her makeup, Maxima from the Netherlands made the right choice by opting for simplicity to balance out her beauty look. So, she worked on her skin to obtain a smooth and warm complexion by applying a bronzer. Dark eyeshadow covered her eyes to add depth. Her eyes were also highlighted by curled eyelashes.
Finally, we noted her nude lipstick, with a slightly pinkish shade, which judiciously echoed her hair band. At the age of 54, Maxima from the Netherlands treats herself here to a beauty update as sparkling as she is.
